Questions agencies ask us

Is a claimed listing really free?

Yes. Claiming, editing your profile and collecting verified reviews costs nothing, with no time limit and no card required.

How do you check I actually work at the agency?

We send a one-time code to an email address on the same domain as your agency's website, e.g. you@youragency.com.au. If you don't have an email on your agency's domain, contact us and we'll help you verify your listing another way.

Can I pay to improve my rating or remove a review?

No. Featured changes where your listing appears, never your score. Reviews can't be bought, edited or hidden. You can report a review that breaks our guidelines, and a person will look at it.

How do Get matched leads work?

When a business asks us for a shortlist, we introduce them to up to three Featured agencies that suit their service, budget and location. Only Featured agencies receive these leads. Lead volume depends on demand in your area, so we can't guarantee a set number.

When can I sign up for Featured?

Will buyers know my listing is Featured?

Always. Featured cards carry a visible Featured or Paid placement label wherever they appear, so buyers can tell paid placement apart from review-based rankings.
